How to Install BepInEx on Your Valheim Server

Introduction

BepInEx is a popular mod framework that allows you to add and run mods on your Valheim server. At PineRiver, you can easily install BepInEx directly via the game panel. This guide shows how to install BepInEx and manually upload mods.

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Log in to the Game Panel

1. Go to PineRiver's game panel: https://panel.pineriver.net.
2. Log in with your account credentials.

Step 2: Install BepInEx

1. Select your Valheim server from the list in the game panel.
2. Click on "Mods" in the left menu.
3. Find and select BepInEx from the list of mod frameworks.
4. Click "Install" to start the installation.

Step 3: Restart the Server

After installing BepInEx, you must restart your server to activate the framework.

1. Go to the server dashboard.
2. Click "Restart".

Step 4: Upload Mods

Since our game panel does not yet have automatic mod integration, mods must be uploaded manually:

1. Access the server file manager or connect via FTP.
2. Navigate to the BepInEx/plugins folder on the server.
3. Download the desired mod from a website such as Thunderstore.
4. Extract the downloaded archive if necessary and upload the .dll files to BepInEx/plugins.

Step 5: Restart and Test
